RENTAL NOTES
- On booking, a booking form will need to be completed, which includes details of payment.
- A 40% non re-fundable deposit is required on booking, and balance 8 weeks prior to arrival at the Villa.
- Prices are per week based on upto 6 people sharing with a supplement of extra guests of 10 euros per day per guest (there is the option to sleep a further 2 people in the lounge area where there is a double sofa bed).
- The price also includes WiFi, Air Conditioning, daily maid service (except Sundays), with regular linen/towel changes.
- Beach towels are also provided.
- Check-in of Villa is from 3.00 pm
- Check-out is at 12 noon (but are subject to change)
- Please note the Villa is non smoking, and pets are not allowed.
- The person booking must be 18 years+.
- The Villa is situated two thirds of the way up a hill, which may be unsuitable for the less mobile.
Visitor Tax (Overnight Tax) - to comply with the Greek Tourist Board to enable us to meet the legal requirements to retain our licence there is now a Villa Tax of 10 euros per night, this is in addition to the rental cost and is payable on arrival at the Villa. (please note that this is beyond our control and thank you for your understanding).
